Product Description
  • An integrated casualty product offering that includes ACE Risk Management, ACE Casualty Risk and ESIS, Inc. that benefits our clients who prefer a bundled purchasing philosophy for their coverage and claims services.
  • Affords a single point of contact and simultaneous quote process that is all inclusive for primary, excess and claims management services.
  • Specialized solutions, on a client by client basis, may be offered that include:  Environmental SiteSure, Catastrophe Management Coverage and Legacy Liability.
  • Access to a full range of claims management services, including data analytics designed to measure and monitor outcomes, and global risk control, health, safety and environmental services that are the key to total program transformation.
Minimums
  • Minimum retention/deductible for primary casualty will vary by class of risk, industry and historical loss experience.
  • Minimum excess attachment points:  (may vary by class of risk/industry and loss experience):
    • $2 million / $4 million / $4 million General Liability
    • $1 million Employers Liability
    • $2 million Automobile Liability (AL) except for:
      • $5 million AL for "Other transportation" defined as heavy and extra-heavy fleets with greater than 500 heavy and larger vehicles, or
      • $10 million AL for Trucking risks


Minimum premiums will vary by product and/or services offered.

Limits
  • Up to $10 million in primary casualty capacity
  • Up to $50 million in excess casualty capacity
  • Limits for specialized solutions will vary

  • Public and privately held companies
  • Profit and not for profit organizations
  • Companies with strong financial histories or strong growth opportunities
  • Companies with established or prospective risk retention appetites
    • Mid-size companies with a desire to transition away from guaranteed cost
    • Companies in industry niches such as: trucking, healthcare, temporary staffing, manufacturing, retail, financial services or hospitality
  • Firms engaged in spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or other related private equity transactions
  • Companies with established risk control, safety and catastrophic response programs
Restricted Classes or Industries
  • Pharmaceutical products manufacturers (will write without products)
  • Asbestos coverage
  • Hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care or assisted living centers
  • Invasive medical products
  • Professional liability (true financial loss - will writer resultant BI/PD in most cases)
  • Residential construction - residential is defined as single family dwellings
  • Professional Employers Organizations (PEOs)
  • Livery

 Other classes or industries may require additional underwriting review.
