PHILADELPHIA - March 4, 2004 - The ACE INA Foundation today announced that it made a grant of $75,000 to The Philadelphia Police & Fire Association, to assist the association in their efforts to deliver much-need community and after-school educational programs that serve more than 75 families.

The Philadelphia Police & Fire Association was founded in 1975 to support the growth and development of disabled children and adults and to provide community services to children of Philadelphia firefighters and police officers. During the school year, the Association provides after-school tutoring programs to more than 35 children directed by the volunteer efforts of Michael Wolf, a certified special education teacher and assistant principal in the Philadelphia School District.

"We're pleased to join The Philadelphia Police & Fire Association in supporting ongoing community services through the development of creative educational and occupational programs that will help address the economic, social and educational daily needs of disabled children of firefighters, police officers, and members of the Philadelphia community" said Eden Kratchman, Executive Director of the ACE INA Foundation.
