PHILADELPHIA - MAY 7, 2003 - ACE USA announced today that it has appointed Edward G. Troy, President, ESIS, to the additional post of Executive Director, ACE USA Regional Executive Operations. In this expanded role, Mr. Troy will assume the executive leadership over the nine ACE USA regional executives who were appointed in 2002. ACE USA regional executives oversee business operations, develop the strategies of the company's multiple business units and represent ACE to customers, prospects and distribution channels in their respective regions. With Mr. Troy's leadership, the regional operations will strengthen ACE's ability to serve its customers, develop new business and increase market share.
