ESIS, Inc., the risk management services arm of ACE USA, today announced senior leadership appointments and organizational changes. These changes include the internal promotions of Alan Mansfield, Robert Persico, Karen Ford and the appointment of Dorien Smithson to support the new organizational structure that will enhance ESIS' capabilities of providing a full spectrum of sophisticated risk management services.
"These appointments were made in recognition of the accomplishments and talents of these four key leaders," said Edward G. Troy, president, ESIS, Inc. "The scope of their combined industry experience will complement the overall ACE business vision, and help ESIS continually evolve and adapt to the changing market needs."
Alan Mansfield, most recently assistant vice president and controller of ESIS, Inc., has been appointed vice president and financial officer. In his new role, Mansfield will assume responsibility for all financial aspects impacting the business, such as pricing, expense management, internal controls and financial analysis.
Robert Persico has been promoted to senior vice president, Claims. In this new capacity he will directly oversee the Claims Centers throughout the U.S. Most recently, Persico served as vice president of Claims Product Management, responsible for supporting a countrywide network of claims centers.
Karen Ford has been promoted to vice president, Product Development and Innovative Services. In this expanded capacity Ms. Ford will continue to oversee Recovery Services International, Inc. as well as Catastrophic Services and Crisis Management, and she will assume additional responsibilities overseeing the Integrated Disability Management line of business as well as leading all product development efforts within ESIS.
Dorien Smithson joins ACE USA as senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. Ms. Smithson brings a wealth of experience to our business, having worked for AIG and Liberty Mutual in a variety of managerial roles in risk management marketing, sales and underwriting.
