PHILADELPHIA – March 30, 2005 – ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of The ACE Group of Companies, today announced it has opened a New York Underwriting Office dedicated to serving customers seeking accident & health products. James Walloga, Assistant Vice President, ACE Accident & Health, has been appointed to lead this new office. Based in New York City, Mr. Walloga will have overall responsibility for overseeing Accident & Health underwriting activities and new business development for ACE Accident & Health in the New York region.
ACE Accident & Health is committed to delivering a wide range of insurance products—from traditional employer accident programs to specialty coverages for various types of groups and their members. These products help to protect against the serious financial consequences of a sudden injury or illness.

With more than ten years of marketing and underwriting experience in the accident and health insurance arena, Mr. Walloga joined ACE USA in February 2005. Prior to his tenure with ACE USA, Mr. Walloga most recently served as Specialty Markets Underwriting Manager for American International Group (AIG). He previously held a variety of marketing and advertising positions with several marketing and cable network companies. Mr. Walloga received his bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from Pace University in New York City.
