PHILADELPHIA – October 10, 2006 – ESIS, Inc., (“ESIS®”) a risk management services company, today announced the appointment of Michael J. Hoberman as Senior Vice President, Client Services. Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Hoberman will be responsible for managing overall client relations and account management functions and ensuring consistency in customer service for ESIS across the United States.

Mr. Hoberman has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has particular expertise in developing innovative solutions to better serve customers’ needs. Prior to joining ESIS, Mr. Hoberman served as Senior Vice President, Business Development for Broadspire Services Inc. in Berkeley Heights, NJ, where he successfully led large account teams. Previously, he served as Vice President, Risk Management Services for Kemper Insurance Company in New York City. He also has held senior leadership positions at Reliance National Insurance Company, Signet Re-Insurance Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. Hoberman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. He holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation.
