ACE Medical Risk's Claim Management Unit takes pride in its ability to defend non-meritorious claims and to expeditiously resolve meritorious claims in a fair and cost effective manner.  Our team of highly specialized medical malpractice professionals has extensive experience in the management of professional liability claims and general litigation involving hospitals, physicians, dentists and other allied health care providers, as well as errors and omissions allegations for managed care organizations.  In addition, they have a broad range of experience in defending products liability cases involving biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and contract research industries.
